1/ Tell me more about yourself and your journey into content. I started my content journey while learning SEO in college. My friend, mentor, and future business partner was building affiliate websites and using SEO to drive substantial traffic. Once he showed me how it worked, I was hooked and started blogging almost daily. That eventually scaled into a pretty large content operation as we owned 40 sites and, as a team, collectively published upwards of 300-400 articles per month. I wasn’t writing at that point, but I was still deeply engrained in the content creation process. From there, my content journey didn’t come full circle until I “re-discovered” LinkedIn in 2022. I say re-discovered cause it had shifted from a stuffy job platform to the social network we’ve all come to love. I noticed the amount of organic reach posts were getting at the time and knew it was the place to be. I started networking, learning how to write posts, and became obsessed with the process. I’ve posted almost every day for 2 years and love making SEO content for the community. 2/ What is one surefire (or creative) way brands can boost their organic visibility? Blogging. Spoiler: it’s not dead. The power of blogging comes back to A) having a legit strategy coupled with quality content, B) strong on-page SEO strategies, like internal linking and EEAT, B) and authority – yes, backlinks. I know that was three, not one, but those are the pillars of success, IMO :)
